SHIPPING INFORMATION

All domestic shipping within Canada is free of charge. We ship all Canadian order via Canada Post. Shipping times vary from 10-14 business days dependent on location.

There will be a $50USD flat shipping charge for garments shipping to the Unites States via FedEx. Please note customers are responsible to pay any duties/taxes for any shipments to the United States.

CMFR currently ships within Canada and the United States. For International customers, please visit our Retailers Locator to find a CMFR retailer near you.

RETURNS / EXCHANGES

If for any reason you would like to return or exchange your merchandise, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Products must be in the condition you received them, with tags still attached and in the original box and/or packaging.

Please e-mail us at info@cmfrcanada.com in order to start your exchange or return authorization process with a note about the reason for your exchange or return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. Shipping & handling is not refundable for exchanges or returns. We recommend customers receive a tracking number when sending back items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Please allow 7 business days upon receipt of your returned goods for your request to be processed. Thank you.

Please note we only handle returns or exchanges for orders placed with the CMFR Canada online store - if you wish to return or exchange an order placed with one of our authorized dealers, please contact them directly.
